Cod. 15475 ›› front 1547C - rear 1547R - g 1635Supertype Pista wheels are built with high profile composite rims and large flange hubs. This provides the very high levels of stiffness and lightness required by top-level track riders.
The wheels are completely hand assembled in two distinct phases. In the first phase the wheel is built with scrupulous attention to spoke tension, rolling resistance of the hub and lateral and vertical centring.
In the second phase, the wheel undergoes robust stabilisation to settle all the components in their ideal position. This is followed by final centring, after which the wheel is checked again for spoke tension, tilt and oscillation, all of which must fall within Miche’s strict tolerances.
The wheels are further tested by our quality control department, and only approved after strict controls with special measuring instruments.
Rims: 58mm deep integral carbon fibre. With a special shape to give excellent aerodynamics and a rigidity that guarantees high-level performance.
Hubs: Pista model with lightweight alloy forged body, CNC finished. Large flange and black anodised. High precision sealed bearings guarantee long lasting protection and smooth running.
Wheel kit includes wheel bags, Pista hub nuts, valve extension and sprocket lockring.
